


Ultimate Gaming Setup
Gaming in Japan spans dozens of brands across peripherals, titles, hardware, and accessories, with no natural home together. The Ultimate Gaming Setup brought them into one curated Amazon experience built around a simple idea: everything you need, in one place. I was part of the team shaping what that experience should be from early ideation, and owned all technical execution: the campaign site, AR and 3D visualization, all microinteractions, and a physical event space with NFC-tagged product moments.
Contributed to campaign concept and multi-brand strategy from ideation through pitch. Built the campaign site and experience end to end. Integrated AR for mobile users through the same View in Your Room cross-team collaboration as the IRIS campaign. On desktop, where AR is not available, I implemented a 3D model viewer fallback using existing product 3D assets already living on Amazon product pages, giving desktop users a comparable spatial sense of each product without a separate pipeline. Helped plan and execute the physical event space, including NFC-tagged product integrations that let attendees trigger digital moments from physical products. Coordinated across multiple gaming brands to ensure the experience felt unified rather than a rotation of separate promotions.
